Lucille Residence Oude Caracasbaaiweg is our second vacation home in Curacao. The house is very centrally located and only 5 minutes away from the center of town and in a very lively area. There are AC buses to the city and beaches that leave near the house.

In the area there are many shops and restaurants and the Salinja malls are a few minutes away. Mambo Beach Boulevard and Jan Thiel Beach with Casino, shops, bars and restaurants are also not far away. There you can enjoy the Happy Hours and dancing. There is also a great sports bar, shops with freshly made ice cream, smooties and capuchinos, Yummy!

Layout of the house.

The house has three large bedrooms. In the front room there is air conditioning and all the rooms have a ceiling fan.

The house is equipped with a safety box so you don't need to take your valuables on the road.

All rooms of the house are fully furnished with cabinets with towels and linens. There is room for a total of 6 guests. The house has two bathrooms with hand soap, toilet paper and schampoo. Also, showers with warm running water, toilet and sink.

Furthermore, the house has a separate kitchen, a large living and dining room and a covered balcony. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, cooking utensils and there is also a coolbox for use on the stand or during BBQ.

Provided are coffee, tea, milk, sugar and a small breakfast for the first morning. Detergent and sponges are also available.

In the garden there is parking space for a compact car.

There is cable TV and free wifi. There is free use of a washing machine, ironing board, iron and hairdryer.

Cleaning

The house is delivered cleaned and we expect it to be left tidy upon departure. If you wish we can arrange for an extra cleaning, this will be at a small fee of € 25.
